What people say
Adam was brilliant. He brought my laptop completely up to date, set up Cloud applications, copied files over. So much stuff I didn’t even know existed! And all while putting up with my questions as I struggled with new concepts. Thanks a million, I’m sure I will be calling on you again.
I can highly recommend Redfox IT. They listened to what I wanted to achieve, explained the different options, their advantages and associated costs and then ultimately helped me toward the most appropriate and cost effective solution. They also pointed out some simple WiFi placement improvements that made an immediate difference to my home network.
Adam is very professional, knowledgeable, personable and reliable. He did a fantastic job setting up our UniFi WiFi network and 4K surveillance system despite some challenges from our end. I would highly recommend his services.
Adam is a gun. He was great through all stages of our renovation from initial planning, suggesting things I wasn’t even aware of, and then particularly when it came to installation. We had several complications with Telstra on both fixed/wireless connection/reception which required several revisits from Adam which he did at short notice for us. He’s also a very nice guy and great at explaining complex (at least to me!) IT issues. Highly recommend!
I’m really happy with the service Adam provided and the results. I had some issues with home internet post NBN install. Adam responded really quickly, fixed the problems and advised me on improving the network. So nice to have a good IT guy who doesn’t charge the earth. I recommend him highly.
Needed help urgently. Adam at Redfox came in a matter of hours and not only fixed the issue, but also did a general check and service and advised me (in laymans terms) what to do if it happens again. He was polite and courteous and knew exactly what to do straight away. Thanks heaps Redfoxit.
I can not speak more highly of Adam and his patience, which with me is a necessity. His skills and insight into my particular issue and his determination to satisfy and exceed my expectations were humbling. I cannot recommend him more highly.

What is Ubiquiti?
Most people know Ubiquiti for their line of UniFi wireless access points. UniFi is more than that, though. It’s an ecosystem with different models of wireless access points, routers, switches, security cameras, controller appliances, VoIP phones, and access control products. They also have devices that serve multiple purposes, like the UniFi Dream Machine (UDM) and UniFi Dream Machine Pro (UDM-Pro). UniFi […]
How to choose an NBN provider
There are over 100 NBN providers offering services in Australia, and the list just keeps on growing. Sure, the big guys are all there, but there are also plenty of smaller providers ready to compete for your money. All NBN providers are technically reselling access to the same service. No matter which provider you go […]
